We're now available for answering your general support questions submitted via the Support Home web pages on Saturdays from 8 am – 7 pm CT. We'll have a support person in our offices covering these Saturday hours and responding to your electronic questions and support requests. We will respond to all questions via email, however we may need to contact you by phone for additional information.

Faster Emergency Support, too.

We’ve always had emergency support available on Saturdays, but we now have a much more immediate response from 8am to 7pm. Any emergency issues that come in outside of these times will still go to an on-call technician and will be handled as fast and efficiently as always.

A quick reminder on emergency support guidelines:

  • Emergency support requests can be submitted by calling our support phone line and leaving an emergency support voice message.
  • The Contact Us section of your product Support Home (select the phone option) always has the latest on hours of support and after hours options.
